Innaloo has IKEA Perth in it, which makes it the busiest suburb in the state for flat pack furniture and the one most likely to have an unopened box sitting in the lounge room right now. JOINZ is based in Scarborough, a few minutes up the road, so Innaloo is the area we turn around fastest.

We can collect from IKEA for you

You do not have to load the car, wrestle a wardrobe into a hatchback, or make two trips. Send us your order and we will collect it from the IKEA store in Innaloo, bring it to your place, assemble it, and take every scrap of cardboard and plastic away with us when we go.

If you have already bought it and it is stacked in the garage, that is just as easy. We assemble what is already there as often as we collect.

Apartments near Stirling Station

A lot of the newer work around Innaloo is in the apartment buildings near Stirling Station and the shopping centre. Those jobs usually mean a lift booking, a loading bay window and a strata rule or two. Tell us the building when you book and we will sort the access out beforehand, rather than turning up to find the lift is blocked out until Thursday.

The older streets

The rest of Innaloo is original stock from the sixties and seventies, often part way through a renovation. Those jobs are the opposite problem: plenty of room to work, but brick and plaster walls that need the right anchor so a loaded bookcase does not end up face down on the floor. We carry fixings for both.

Same day is realistic here

Because we are close, Innaloo is one of the few suburbs where same-day is a real offer rather than a marketing line. Call in the morning and if we have a gap we will usually get to you that afternoon.

JOINZ at a glance

Hours: 8:30am to 10pm, seven days a week, evenings and Sundays included. Most assemblers stop at 5pm on weekdays.
How soon: Often the same day. We are based in Scarborough, so there is no long drive to the northern and western suburbs.

Packaging: Unpacked, sorted and taken away for recycling, so you are left with the furniture and no mess.

Taking things apart: Disassembly is priced at 25% less than assembly, because it is quicker. We also remove old furniture, and can take items apart at one address and rebuild them at the other.
